Hello! I'm Sarah Roberts
My passion is helping leaders in transition through all stages of their career. Change and transition are great opportunities!
I work with leaders in transition to gain clarity about who they are, what they want, and how to get it. I thrive on change and have the lived expertise to help you thrive too! My ideal clients are leaders in corporate, public, academic, nonprofit and government who are driven to serve their communities.
I am a certified executive coach, professional trainer, and facilitator. I founded Clarity Matters Consulting LLC in 2016 after 15+ years of managing and leading in state government. I successfully lead turn- around projects and a merger.
I value continuous development and keep my skills current as an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD). As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) I am accountable to the ICF Code of Ethics which speaks to my confidentiality and professionalism.
I serve my community as a Director of the ICF Colorado Board and Member of the Regional Institute of Health and Environmental Leadership (RIHEL) board. I also serve by promoting the professionalism of coaching as a member of the Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO) and a coach trainer for the Center for Coaching Certification.
Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University and a Masters of Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix. I was 42 years old, a full-time professional and busy mom. You can achieve what you want at all stages of your career!
I offer several assessments including C-IQ (Conversational Intelligence) DISC, EQi-2.0 (Emotional Intelligence) Workplace, Leader, and 360.
I’m a Great Lakes girl, born and raised in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, living in Colorado. Happily married for 26 years and the proud mother of two adult children and a 17- year old Pomeranian. I love to garden, work out with my husband at OrangeTheory Fitness, and laugh with my friends and family.
