It all starts with a complimentary discovery session so we can get to know each other better and determine if this is a good fit. I’ll ask you questions about your goals and expectations of coaching so I know what you want. You’ll decide if you want to keep our conversations to a specific goal or purpose or talk about your life in general and how everything fits together.
When you decide to move forward, I’ll use that information in the coaching agreement. The coaching agreement is your commitment to putting in the work to make your goals happen. We’ll discuss the agreement and make sure we are on the same page before we sign it. It’ll also talk about the number and frequency of sessions, scheduling, and payment details.
